Dine with Dunville’s: Private Distillery Takeover

5 Hours

Overview

Picture this: you’re driving up a tree lined lane & the Echlinville Manor House comes into view.

On arrival into the distillery yard, you’re handed a specially curated Dunville’s cocktail before being escorted to the warehouse for an evening in the distillery all to yourself.

The shutters lift & the light slowly hits the barrels of aging whiskey. The barrels tower over you as you stand in awe listening to a captivating storyteller regale you with tales of the local area & its storied poitín distilling past, all while sipping on cask drawn samples.

You cross the yard & enter a nothing short of magical setting, to dine beside the copper glow of the pot stills with Jarlath Watson, one of the men behind the renaissance of Dunville’s, and Seamus ÓG, Global Ambassador. You’ll receive canapés on entry into the still house, and each of the three courses are meticulously created by a local chef to complement the unique flavours of three selected Dunville’s Single Malt Whiskeys, while the delicate sound of a harpist fills the air.

Should you wish, at the end of the evening, a private luxury vehicle awaits to return you safely to a prestige local hotel or your final destination.

A once in a lifetime, captivating experience awaits at the Echlinville Distillery.
