Join the Irish Whiskey Experiences team for a day behind-the-scenes at Clonakilty Distillery.
Hosted by Head Distiler and Blender Oisín Mulcahy, we’ll be venturing deep into the whiskey warehouse, normally not available for group visits. Oisín will guide us through the art of whiskey blending while we sip on whiskeys drawn straight from the cask & take in the enticing aroma of the oak barrels that surround us.
We’ll enjoy a beautiful lunch spread from Roots Kitchen in Cork, as well as learning about the craft behind Clonakilty’s single pot still whiskey & their signature Irish gin, with the entire distillery reserved just for our group.
Each guest will also depart with a surprise gift to wrap up an incredible day.
