Hosted by the distillery’s founders, the Cooney Family, this exclusive event offers private access to a distillery typically not open to group visits. Guests will gain rare insight into Boann’s distinctive production methods, followed by a guided exploration of the maturation warehouse, including sampling whiskeys direct from casks.
Adding to the uniqueness of the evening, Pat and James Cooney, both champion whistlers & the inspiration behind The Whistler Irish Whiskey, will deliver a captivating private performance within the distillery’s acoustically resonant warehouse.
The experience culminates with an intimate sunset dinner beneath the illuminated copper pot stills, accompanied by great whiskey & chats with the founders.
Each guest will depart with a rare & exclusive distillery bottling, one of only 40 produced worldwide.
